Tips for Feeling Confident in Front of the Camera, Moms

Today’s tip is for getting in FRONT of the camera, friends! 😳😳

Yes, mommas. I’m talking to you. Exist in photos because you were there, too. Your children, your spouse, your family will be SOOOO grateful.

This is about posing…..

1) Wear form fitting clothes. They are more flattering. Trust me.

2) Put your body at an angle – do not stand with your body facing the camera.

3) Bend your front leg. Keep your back leg straight.

4) Put your hands on your hips to create flattering form. Or, bend front arm, put hand on hips and keep back arm against your body.

5) If it is a family portrait or a portrait with your kiddos and you are feeling self conscious, put one of your younger children in front of you in the pictures. Sometimes that helps to feel more comfortable in front of the camera.

If you are a visual person like me, watch the video!

Hi friends! I am an accredited portrait photographer who specializes in helping women to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful in front of my camera. I would be honored to be your photographer.
